VIP Partnership Loyalty Program

The Value in Purchasing (VIP) Customer Loyalty Program is a great way for you to earn awards for your animal health purchases and loyalty to our family of companies. As an enrolled VIP customer, you can receive great rewards on all purchases of qualifying animal health products.

VIP allows you to track and redeem points based on your purchases over the course of the year. For every dollar you spend, you earn points towards a variety of premium items or services from the VIP website. You can redeem points as many times throughout the year as you like, or bank points to receive a more valuable item at the program’s end. Only certain products from specific manufacturers are eligible.

How It Works:
• Sign up with your sales representative
• Purchase products that are included on the program (see specific program sheet for products)
• Earn points on every dollar you spend based on product level (see chart at right)
• Redeem your earned VIP points online at www.walcovip.com by January 31st of each year (complete list on www.walcovip.com),
or a custom reward built just for your business (see your sales representative for details).

Set Up Your Account:
• First, complete this form and verify it with your rep making sure you signed it. Your sales rep will create your account online and send in the completed agreement for processing.
• Once your agreement is received at the home office, you will be able to log on after three business days.
• Your initial username will be your account number, and your initial password will be “password”. When you log onto the system the first time, you can change your password by clicking on the “Change Password” link in the left menu bar.
• Track and redeem your points as often as you like.

Sit Back and Rack Up the Points:
• Points are tracked automatically based on your qualifying purchases.
• You can check your current points online at www.walcovip.com
• Purchases of qualifying products made from January 1 through December 1 will be tracked.

Cash In:
• Shop for your perfect reward at www.walcovip.com under the “Products” section.
• Redeem your points online by January 31st!
