How to Order Products Online

In order to use the Animal Health Pros automated order entry system, you must have an active account with Walco International, Inc. If you have an account, complete this simple form to let us know you want ot have your account "e-commerce enabled." Product Search - Choose the "Find Products " option from the top navigation bar. Using a keyword search, products can then be identified by Product Description, Manufacturer's Name, or Product Number. The fastest way to find an product is to enter the Product Number in the appropriate box and then click Search. If you do not know the Product Number, enter full or partial search data in the Product Description or the Manufacturer's Name boxes. The keyword search automatically combines the search parameters entered in the different fields. So, for example, entering "hoof" in the Product Description field and "Fort Dodge" in the Manufacturer's Name field, displays all products manufactured by Fort Dodge with the word "hoof" in the Product Description. The information in each column can be sorted by clicking on the appropriate column heading.

Please note that if a product is out-of-stock, it WILL NOT appear on the system, so if you need an out-of-stock item, please contact your sales representative. Similarly, you may order a higher quantity of an item that we currently have in stock. In this case, we'll ship only what we have available. For example, if you order 10 bottles of Multimin and we only have 6 in stock, we will ship the 6 and cancel the remaining 4. If this happens, you'll see it on your invoice confirmation, so call your sales representative to place the rest on back order.

When you enter a quantity, click ADD TO BASKET so that system takes the item; click VIEW BASKET to see what you've accumulated.

Click CHECKOUT when you are finished, verify your shipping information, and click PLACE ORDER. It's that easy!
